ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS

Athletes learn strength, balance, and flexibility through gymnastics skills on Floor, Beam, Bars, and Vault. These classes, designed for girls only, progress from beginners who have never tried gymnastics before, through upper level class athletes working on competitive level skills.  World Elite athletes can also practice and perfect skills in our class program to help earn an invitation to our competitive teams.  Current teams include USA Gymnastics Levels 3 through 10, and Xcel Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
