Urban Acro is the exciting new gymnastic art of movement where participants learn to overcome any obstacle or structure in their path. Think of is as a gymnastics version of Parkour. Athletes will learn a variety of basic fundamentals skills such as running, jumping, tumbling, and climbing. The goal is to learn to move through space quickly and gracefully with athletic style and pizzazz!
Tumbling Only Class
Beginning and intermediate skills class covering cartwheels, round offs, back handsprings, front handsprings, and aerials.
Gymnastics/Trampoline Combo Class
This class is offered for Level 1 and 2 students who would like to train Gymnastics and T&T, but don't have time in their weekly schedule for two different classes. Each week the athletes train two gymnastics events and one T&T event, along with strength, conditioning, and flexibility exercises.
